Choose from either a room in the main house or a self contained garden studio. All have mountain views. We trust you will sleep in comfort with all beds made up with thick wool underlays, cozy feather or wool duvets, beautiful linen and bedding which all aid a great nights sleep.

All bathrooms contain large turbo showers and plenty of hot water pressure. Heater, no fog mirrors, hair dryer and toiletries are, of course, also provided.
  THE TWO GARDEN STUDIOS
$230 per double, per night, bed & breakfast

Set in the garden the two studios have the fantastic views of Mt Cook and the Southern Alps. They are ideal for those who wish to try B & B but still like a little space of their own and a degree of independence. Guests join us in the dining room for breakfast and are welcome to come to the main house whenever they like. You can be as involved or as private as you wish!

• Super king sized bed (can be split to twins by prior arrangement), with one studio also containing an extra single bed.

• Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, TV and heater.

• The bathrooms allow disabled access.

  ENSUITE ROOM - SUPER KING SIZED BED (Within Main House)
$170 per double, per night, bed & breakfast

  DOUBLE ROOM (Within Main House)
$130 per double, per night, bed & breakfast

• Super comfortable king size bed.
• This room shares a bathroom with one other guest room.
• Afternoon sun and views of the mountains nearby.

  TWIN ROOM (Within Main House)
$130 per TWIN, per night, bed & breakfast

• Two comfortable single beds (can be made into a double by prior arrangement).
• This room shares a bathroom with one other guest room.
• Afternoon sun and views of the mountains nearby.

  BREAKFAST AND DINING

We provide a generous continental breakfast which includes the usual teas, coffees, herbal teas, cereals, yoghurt and can include homemade bread, homemade muffins, croissants, danish, a selection of seasonal fruits and cheeses.

• Dinner available by arrangement.

  FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR USE BY GUESTS

• Free wireless broadband through out property.
• Computer available for email and writing photos to disk.
• Help yourself to Coffee, Tea, Specialty Teas and home baking.
